The Appeals List page of the Appeals Application displays all the Appeal records in our database. This screen is one of two that make up the heart of the Review Request process.
It is Stopbadware's goal to complete Requests for Reviews in under ten days. Those records that have remained open for more than ten days are displayed in a darker color. If a site has appealed multiple times and has also surpassed the ten day limit, the record will appear in the deeper color. Closed records appear in the darkest color. All other records appear in light colors. A color legend appears on the index page.
A user can sift through the list of records by clicking on the page numbers at the bottom of the screen or selecting the Next/Previous links on the top right. The records can also be filtered by status by selecting a value from the Status dropdown listbox or typing in a portion of the url name in the Search Urls textbox.
The Appeal Status field and the Staff field are available for editing in the List screen. This allows users to edit more than one record at once. To edit the record in more detail, the user can click on the url to open the Edit screen.
In addition to the editable fields, the Edit Screen displays the Url and Email address of the site owner.
On the right side of the screen is an Audit trail that allows the user to view changes to the status of the appeal. Clicking on the "Click here to view history details" link will allow users to view more details.
Clicking on the "Click here to edit test results" link will allow users to view/edit the test results screen. Key fields from the screen are displayed below the link.
Clicking on the "Click here to view correspondence" link will allow users to view all correspondence between StopBadware and the site owner. Site owner emails are displayed in light colors while emails from Stopbadware appear in the darkest colors.
